Male, born in 1970, Mr. Zhang holds a Master of Chemistry degree from Tsinghua University and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School. Having joined Sinochem in 1995, he has served as the Section Chief of Human Resources Department of Sinochem Group, Director of the President's Office of Sinochem Group, Deputy General Manager of Sinochem International cum General Manager of the Logistics Business Division of Sinochem International, Assistant to the General Manager for Sinochem Group cum General Manager of China National Seed Group Co., Ltd. He has also served as Director of the Strategic Execution Department of Sinochem Group and Director of Strategic Execution for Sinochem Holdings. He currently serves as the Company ’s Chairman, General Manager and Secretary of CPC Committee.

Previously worked for Fenxi Mining Bureau and Shanghai Oasun Environmental Hi-Tech Co., Ltd.. Joined Sinochem International in 2001, and held various positions including: general manager assistant of Auditing Department, CFO of Sinochem Zhengjiang, financial director of Metallurgy & Energy Division, manager of Tax Office in Financial Department, general manager of Accounting and Tax Office in Financial Department, vice general manager of Financial Department, general manager and vice director of Financial Department. Currently serves as board director, CFO and member of CPC Committee in Sinochem International.

Male, born in 1967. Obtained a bachelor's degree in Foreign Financial Accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics, and an EMBA degree from Peking University. Having joined Sinochem in 1989, he has served as accounting staff at China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, Manager of Finance Department at Sinochem (Canada) Jiahao Co., Ltd, Manager of Accounting Department of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation, General Manager of China National Chemicals Shandong Import & Export Company, General Manager of Risk Management Department of Sinochem Group, General Manager and Secretary of CPC Committee of Sinochem Jiangsu Co., Ltd. Currently serves as the Vice General Manager and Member of CPC Committee in Sinochem International.

Obtained a bachelor's degree in Fine Chemistry from Tianjin University, and an MBA degree from Tsinghua University.  Previously worked for the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Petroleum and Chemical Industry Bureau, and the Petroleum & Chemical Planning Institute. Joined the ChemChina Group in 2005 and successively served as General Manager Assistant, Chief Strategy Officer, Discipline Inspection Committee Secretary, Party Committee Secretary, and Chairman of China National Agrochemical Corporation, as well as the Secretary of the Board of Syngenta Group. Currently serves as vice general manager and member of CPC Committee in Sinochem International.

Previously worked for Sinochem Group and Sinochem Oil Co., Ltd, etc. Successively served as vice general manager (presiding) of the Analysis and Evaluation Department of Sinochem Group, CFO and vice general manager of Sinochem Oil Co., Ltd., vice general manager and CPC Committee member of Sinochem Oil Sales Co., Ltd.. Joined Sinochem International in December 2018 and currently serves as member of CPC Committee and secretary of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee of the company.

Previously worked as dispatcher and chief dispatcher of the Production Department of Yangzhou Pesticide Factory, deputy director and director of Production Department of Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical Group Co., Ltd., general manager assistant, vice general manger, general manager and vice secretary of CPC Committee of Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical Group Co., Ltd..  Currently serves as vice general manager and member of CPC Committee in Sinochem International.

Male, born in 1969. Obtained a master's degree of Control Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Previously worked for BlueStar Chemical Cleaning Company, Changsha Design & Research Institute, Huaxing Electronics Equipment Factory, China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation, Nantong Xingchen Synthetic Materials Co., Ltd., and China National BlueStar (Group) Co., Ltd. Successively served as Director of Project Management Department of China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation, Dean of Changsha Design & Research Institute, Secretary of the Huaxing Electronics Equipment Factory, Secretary of CPC Committee of Changsha Chemical Design & Research Institute，Head of Operations of China National BlueStar Petrochemical Corporation，Deputy Director of Operations of China National BlueStar (Group) Corporation, Secretary of CPC Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of Nantong Xingchen Synthetic Materials Co., Ltd., and General Manager Assistant of China National BlueStar (Group) Co., Ltd. Currently serves as the Vice General Manager and member of CPC Committee in Sinochem International.

Previously worked in Sinochem Heilongjiang Import and Export Corporation, Sinochem Import and Export Corporation. Joined Sinochem International in 2001 and worked as head of GM Office, chief representative of Taiwan Office, general manager of Investment Management Department, deputy general manager of Natural Rubber Business Headquarters, general manager of Hainan Sinochem Rubber Co., Ltd., general manager of Production Operations Management. Currently serves as the secretary of the Board of Sinochem International,and member of CPC Committee in Sinochem International. 

Male, born in 1971, graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor's degree of Thermal Engineering. Previously worked for High Speed Wire Rods Plant of Tiangang Group, Shell (Tianjin) Chemicals Co. Ltd., Motorola (China) Electronics Co. Ltd., Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, and Delphi Packard Electric Systems Co., Ltd. (China Region). Joined Sinochem International in 2005, and worked as general manager of Safety and Environmental Protection Department, general manager of Quality and Health, Security and Environment Department. Currently serves as general manager assistant and HSE director of Sinochem International.

Male, born in 1974. Obtained a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Xinjiang University of Finance & Economics, a master's degree in Political Economics from Xinjiang University, and a doctorate in Political Economics from Fudan University. Previously worked for D'Long International Strategic Investment Company, Sino Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Chongqing Yangtze Three Gorges Road and Bridge Company, etc. Joined Sinochem International in March 2007 and successively served as general manager of Logistics Strategy Department of Strategy Management Headquarters, vice general manager and general manager of Strategy Management Headquarters, vice general manager of Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical Group Co., Ltd., general manager of New Material Business Headquarters of Sinochem International and general Manager of Jiangsu Ruisheng, general manager of Performance Material Business Division and secretary of CPC Committee. Currently serves as general manager assistant of Sinochem International.

Born in 1977, Mr. Chen holds a Master of Materials Science from South China University of Technology and an MBA from Lingnan College, Sun Yat-sen University. He previously served as Quality Engineer and Technical Engineer of Guangzhou Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. After which he served in subsidiary companies of the LyondellBasell Group as Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Manager, Operation Manager, General Manager, Asia Pacific Product and Application Development Manager, and China Senior Manager for Licensing. Subsequently, he served in Wanhua Chemical Group as the Dean of Ningbo High Performance Materials Research Institute and General Manager of Advanced Material Solutions BU. Mr. Chen joined Sinochem International in 2022 and currently serves as the Company’s CTO.
